Signed documents that will be emailed by us in 24 hours of placing the order.
Total fee includes Govt. Fee of Rs. 4500. Receipt/Challan for fee payment will be provided to the customer.
PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR TRADE MARK REGISTRATION:
1. Place your order for Trade Mark on the website with confirmed payment. After your payment, Order Reference ID will be generated.
2. After your order is confirmed, your task will be assigned to a Trade Mark Attorney & he/she will get in touch with you on your mobile number.
3. Required documents will be sent to you and after you submit the duly signed documents, application will be filed and the same will be emailed to you in 48 hours. You may start using TM as soon as the application is submitted.
4. After application is filed, Trade Mark Attorney will get in touch with you for conveying any further information if required, so please provide your contact number that will remain active.
